Job Specification:

- Position - Operations Manager

- Qualification - BE Civil as a minimum qualification, Post-Graduation in Business Management shall be preferred

- Experience - 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in Project Planning, Execution and Closure

- Age Group - 35 to 45 years

- Location - Mumbai Office based

- Reporting to DGM / GM

- Industry Experience - Civil & Infra, Foundation Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering

Job Description:

- Plan & Monitor proper execution of projects together with competent team for successful delivery, focused in as per contractual conditions and to ensure, profitability by exhibiting high level of Project Management and Operational Excellence skills.

- Ability to demonstrate reasonable knowledge on Project Costing to contribute for Operational Excellence & Business Development (BD) including satisfying Risk Management process.

- Demonstrate a high level of commitment and engage in maintaining the minimum standards of Safety & Quality of organization as well as customer.

- Establish and maintain Relationship Management to secure new contracts with support from BD Team.

- Build Keller's brand by networking with Customers/Consultants/Vendors/Suppliers/Sub-contractors to enforce ethical business practices and Keller's Code of Conduct.

- Accountable for Cash - flow and Working Capital Management through timely collection of due payments from customers.

- Should have an effective communication skill sets both verbal & writing along with presentations skills, report writing etc at both internal (management level) and to external world.

- Possess high level of people management by leading at front, team building, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution
