We have grown exponentially in last 2 years and looking forward to our next 10-100 journey. We are looking for Technical Program Managers to fit into our product team and work with multiple products to ensure we are building the right product on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define the goals and roadmap to achieve them. Setup delivery processes to bring predictability without compromising on quality of product. Ability to align all functions, across the company, to ensure success of the product.

- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain rigorous testing processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Implement best practices for code review, testing, and release management.

- Risk Management: Identify and proactively address potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

- Resource Management: Work closely with managers to identify resource needs and help them close the gaps to minimize the risks.

- Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain clear and concise communication channels, providing regular updates to stakeholders, executives, and team members, highlighting key milestones, risks, and challenges.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 3+ yrs. of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS product environment.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and how to adopt them to get the outcome.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detailed orientation.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment to resolve issues and conflicts by exercising influence without authority.
