Associate Director/ Senior Manager - International Sales


Position Overview :


- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director/ Senior Manager for International Sales to oversee and expand our operations in existing markets and explore new opportunities globally.


- This role involves managing regional managers, establishing new markets, developing key channel partner relationships, and driving sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in international sales and market development.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Development & Strategy :

- Identify and establish new markets beyond our current regions of Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan.

- Develop and implement detailed market entry strategies and sales plans for both existing and new markets.

- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to adjust and evolve sales approaches accordingly.

Team Leadership & Management :

- Hire, train, and manage regional managers in various countries.

- Set and monitor sales targets for regional managers and ensure their efficiency.

- Provide leadership and support to the backend sales team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

Channel Partner Relations :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners in each country.

- Conduct international trips and attend events to meet channel partners and promote our platform.

- Address and resolve channel partner escalations with the help of business unit heads.

Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring :

- Oversee the entire sales process from channel partner onboarding to student enrolment.

- Get more applications and build the top funnel in each of the countries.

- Drive the conversion of offer letters to deposits through direct and strategic communication with channel partners.

- Monitor case-by-case applications in their region and ensure that business units process them on time.

Market & Curriculum Analysis :

- Perform in-depth analysis of country-specific curriculum patterns and eligibility requirements for top universities.

- Stay updated on competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Develop detailed MIS dashboards to monitor performance across countries, regional managers, and application processes.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on market performance, sales targets, and strategic initiatives.

- Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
