Job Description:

The Sales Manager will support the organization through development management and leadership of the sales team in the country. This role will plan and implement sales strategies that will gain business and effectively manage the charging business of clients.

Role:

1. To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged.

2. Maintain relationships with existing clients.

3. Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve forecasted sales goals

2. Manage the sales pipeline and source leads

3. Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.

4. Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.

5. Set a demo session with the potential customer to convert

6. Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationships.

7. Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.

8. Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.

9. On-board customers and keep the communication alive.

10.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

1. MBA in marketing, sales, business or equivalent.

2. 1+ years of sales or merchandising experience.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management.

5. Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, LinkedIn etc...

6. Fluency in English is required.
