Job Description:
- Design appropriate HR policies and systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
- Oversee the hiring/talent acquisition and retaining staff, Induction of new employees, compensation and benefits, performance reviews, employee relations & administration
- Lead the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan and initiatives to support business strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Maintain knowledge of current and developing legislation affecting payroll in order to ensure compliance.
- Manage the administration of all payroll and timekeeping-related activities and records in accordance with company policy and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Partner with finance, audit, compliance, and legal as needed.
- Create workflows to handle employee queries, grievances, and escalations. Work closely with all functions to address employee issues proactively with committed timelines.
- Design the annual HR budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources to ensure an effective outcome for all HR metrics
- Develop and foster a work environment that is entrepreneurial, customer-focused, results-oriented
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for the office.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Required Skills:
- Master's Degree is required in Human Resource Management/Labor relations/MSW from a Tier-1 College
- 5+ years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management, talent development and planning, compensation, and organizational design and effectiveness.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Success in creating, driving, and program managing effective development, employee engagement, retention, and reward programs
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
