- Expected To Bring To The Table High-level conceptual thinking about product / user problems An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for B2B business metrics.
- The ability to articulate and defend product priorities and strategy in compelling manner.
- Willingness to take initiative, and the sheer ability to hustle and get things done
- Understanding the customer needs and pain points and help in defining the product road map Identify the core product metrics and continuously work to measure and improve them
- Gather product feature requirements, come up with PRDs,wireframes and other document.
- Work with the tech and UX/UI team to translate those into real product and features.
- Conduct market research to get better understanding of the customers and use that insight to improve the product further.
- Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends.
Requirement :
- Graduate in any discipline + an MBA
- 5+ of experience in working for a ecommerce or web-based product company.
- Any experience in digital product management would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Business Analytics will be preferred.
- Should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.
