Work with E commerce and Fulfillment centers

Manage online/offline order fulfillment

Monitor and measure key metrics of the resources and team .

Work with various logistics vendors and take full ownership of the process.

Managing expectations of various stakeholders like business, marketing, sellers etc. and delivering value to sellers and buyers

seeking talented e-commerce operations personnel who know how to drive the e-commerce operations and control over logistics and transportation.

Continuous process improvement, smooth delivery but not limited to:Order Returns and order cancellations with proper tracking

Optimizing logistic costs for shipments

Field officers and Hub In-charges Management

Tracking orders and updating delivery status on website and mobile app.

Online Order Management and Logistics Facilitation.

Transporters management including finalizing transporters and supervise day to day operations.

Support management in designing and tracking IT App.

Candidates from NIT/IIT/IIIT/IIM are preferred with 01 - 02 years of experience in Ecommerce Logistics/ fulfillment centers
