Role : Sales Head (TS/AP) based out of Hyderabad
- Accountable for developing Sales into Small and Medium Businesses
- Enable Partner / Influencer Driven sales : Network with small businesses and service providers for various category materials, architects, interior designers, Engineers, Mechanics, and Fabricators etc.
- Implement local promotional efforts for influencer partners
- Coordinate with marketing department to formulate various local activities in the region assigned
- Allocate resources required to implement the local activities
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans, targets and budgets
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts and influencers
- Maintain sales volume, and product mix, by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Break down regional objectives into area wise objectives
- Identify and recruit the manpower required to man the area
- To manage the sales of region, control sales team consisting of ASMs, Sales Officers and contract sales representatives
- Control reporting sales team to achieve the KRAs allocated to each member
- Should be familiar with CRM software associated with the sales force automation and tracking of leads to generate sustainable revenue
- Maintain regular contacts to carry out programs and to explain specialized matters, or occasional contacts with officials at higher levels on matters requiring cooperation, explanation and persuasion.
- Responds to and handles unfamiliar situations with limited or no supervisory guidance.
