- Responsible for P/L, margins & take rate of major categories.
- Manage a team of managers and executives to drive online & offline sales by managing product assortment, brand launches, margins, key accounts, marketing promotions.
- Launch categories and work closely with founders as a part of leadership team and lead major categories.
- Play a pivotal role in managing conversion across various marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with exposure to B2B sales and E-commerce.
