What is a Country Manager-

At the same time, you are part of our international network of highly motivated and talented people, and benefit from Rocket's expertise and support in all relevant functions.

What venture -

The specific venture is Kaymu, which is effectively E-bay for the emerging markets. The country manager would be responsible for the platform in one of these countries and be based there.

Key responsibilities include:

Recruit and manage the team

Coordinate all areas of the business

Drive overall top line and profitability development

P&L ownership

Forecast and manage the budget

Come up with new ideas and solutions to expand the business

Prospect, define and drive action plans to strengthen relationships with companies

Job requirements:

Regional knowledge and superior English communication skills

Excellent sales ability/ability to forge strong business relationships

Highly analytical and structured in problem solving

Risk taking/Flexible personality

Preferred:

2-3 years in consulting, banking, multinational or tech/ecommerce.

IIT, IIM, ISB, or Foreign Education

Salary is highly competitive
