- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Oversee proactive management of several candidate pipelines, including referrals.
- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
- Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Candidate.
- Involved in Induction and training program for new hires.
