Job purpose:
Provide strategic and operational HR expertise to contribute to achieving the business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing & implementing resourcing practices
- Designing innovative compensation / Incentives plans basis demand supply dynamics and Ensuring parity with market via Benchmarking
- Creating systems and processes to drive excellence in HR ops
- Custodian of People cost (budgeting and projection) - Frontline & backend
- Designing and amending HR policies - Custodian of Company level and group level HR policies
- Budgeting for Headcount, Salaries & associated Fixed Overheads.
- Track key HR metrics and dashboards like cost to NR, People Productivity and retention matrix
- Ensuring legal compliance for HR related legal activities
- Responsibility for all India compensation and benefits, Income tax, TDS and flexi choice pay options for employees and retainers
- Responsibility for all India statutory compliances
- Develop resourcing Plan to meet the business needs
- Responsible for backend recruitment
- Build Strategic Recruitment & HR Partners/consultants to cater to BVG, Medical checks, Mediclaim, Stat.
- Support the regions through standardised tools / policies and processes
- Ensure seamless delivery of transactional HR services for entire employee life cycle management right from on-boarding in coordination with Regional HR Team
- Monitor Outsourced Employee Management & Compliance.
- Implement effective compensation and incentive schemes
- Ensure transparent and accurate HRMS systems
- PMS & MBR roll out, calculation, payout and communication
- Ensuring Full & Final settlement as per TAT
- Responsible for HR automation and digitalization
