This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals
Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
2) Build and sustain the network of potential candidates
3) Involved in Induction of new hires
4) Stakeholder management
5) Working on employee benenfits
6) Measure the effectiveness of our benefit programs & recommend improvments
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and hands on experience of job portals
- Good negotiation skills
