Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals
Primary responsibilities:
1) Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2) Determining selection criteria.
3) Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
4) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
5) Lead employer branding initiatives
6) Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
