Kaya - Research & Development Executive - Regulatory & CQA

Job Purpose:

To maintain documentation and process control at the factory as well as adhere to in market compliance and to ensure all regulatory compliances are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain quality of products as per defined Kaya standard

- Conduct clinic Audit and share findings with stakeholder

- Conduct Factory and warehouse audits and document and recommend controls.

- Quality tracking: weekly tracking & closure of product Quality complaints with SQA team

- LM & DCA compliance of Artworks.

- Timely implementation of New Cosmetic Rules & tracking & updating of amendments

- Commercialization of New Products: Tech transfer & complete documentation to be shared with Supply chain & Factory

- Ensure implementation of processes and manage change control.

- Ensure commercialization of New Products as per network

- Audit for Legal and regulatory compliances
