Job purpose:
Responsible for employee life cycle management for Kaya Middle East including activities like Employee strategy, planning & forecasting, people productivity, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement activities, policy administration, HR processes and system and generation of reports.
Primary responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition: sourcing, selection, joining & induction
- Manager & backend positions across functions
- Frontline support in case of expansion and other one-on-one case
2. Performance Management Systems
- Drive performance systems for Managers and partners- in line to company's philosophy and with respect to timelines
- Design and roll out of PMS at clinic level across Kaya
3. Policy Administration
- Custodian of Group level policies/guidelines at Manager/ Partner level
- Custodian of policies at clinic level - design new policies/drive them at regional level/ Compliance as per the law of the land
