Kauvery Hospital - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Internal Audit

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Schedule and Execute the Audit in line with the Annual Audit Plan & Risk framework for ECB, Hosur & Salem.

2. Review and evaluate the adequacy of Financial, Operational and IT risk controls.

3. Managing and coordinating the internal audit plan with the team members. Assisting, guiding, training, and helping colleagues wherever required. Escalate on any issues or new challenges to HOD during the audit and seeking intervention on the same.

4. Continuous monitoring through audit framework and Identifying the New Scope of Audit areas apart from those included in the Audit plan.

5. Coordinate with the corporate audit team for support, preparation of audit report for audit committee presentation.

6. Highlighting & Presenting the audit findings and ATR to the process owners and unit business heads.

7. Follow up for the Corrective action implemented by the Process owners.

8. Providing Suggestions, feedback, and supporting the Process owners in designing of Controls for new processes.

9. Submitting Unit-wise Monthly audit reports with status of Corrective actions taken to the Head of Internal Audit.

REQUIREMENTS

1. CA/CMA/CIA qualified or CA-Inter qualified

2. Internal audit Experience: 3-5 years

3. Preference for candidates with Healthcare industry exposure.

4. Understanding the Business environment and Organizational factors.

5. Possess Critical thinking and Problem solving techniques.

6. Good knowledge of IT-driven controls & Data analysis.

7. Good communication and Inter-personal skills

8. Collaborative and Cooperating with the Functional heads and Process owners.

9. Drives Improvement and supports in implementing Best Industry Practices.

10. This job role required to travel to (Hosur & Salem) monthly basis

11. Working Knowledge in SAP, Oracle & other ERP mandatory.
