Kautilya Finance is an advisor for a Dutch based real estate investment vehicle which is jointly owned by a major US state pension fund, a Dutch Investment Management firm - Aevitas and senior management of Aevitas, Kautliya Finance.

Kautilya Finance will initially invest in mid income/affordable residential real estate projects in Delhi NCR and Mumbai MMR regions in India. Our financing will be via subscription to listed non-convertible debentures

Kautilya Finance focuses on building long term relationships with upcoming developers by providing them with growth capital which enables them to become significant player in their markets.

Kautilya Finance has invested Rs 500 crores in Indian Real estate in last 6 months and has an active pipeline of Rs 500-1000 crores.

Role: Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Primary and secondary research of real estate markets

2. Analysis of investments under consideration and due diligence

3. Develop cash flow models

4. Assist in investment documentation: Investment Memos and Term Sheets

5. Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations on investments

6. Asset Management

a. Monitoring of actual performance versus business plan

b. Monitoring cash movement in investee company bank accounts

c. Asset Management Reports

Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience, preferably in related sector. IIT/ Mathematics graduates preferred.
