Kaushalyam.Org is a Social Entrepreneurship based platform, where we work towards a sustainable goal of paradigm shifts with focused intentions and values. The core agenda of Kaushalyam.Org is to realize and implement very practical & systematic change, precisely in three exclusive domains eg. Individual, Social & Educational.

In Individual domain, we are in process of developing outstanding and application based programs with avenues, through which current state and mindset of students can be altered towards focused career goals and standards apart from Traditional Rat Race. We do that through Educational Programs in Institutions, where we harness their Individuality or Core Competency.

In Social domain, we work in many phase one after other through systematic feedback loop mechanism and help eradicate basic social issues. Our Phase-1 will be towards differently-abled kids/youth/adults. In Phase-1, we are trying to build a sound and sustained model, which caters the basic needs of such different-abled individuals. We do that through designing very creative & interactive workshops of multidisciplinary topics and many other holistic programs, which eventually enhance and engage such kids & also we are in process of generating sustainable employment for them.

In Educational domain, our core focus is to have desired changes and transform current education system towards more practical & application based learning process instead of Book Worms. We do that through multiple seminars, conference, dialogues & discussions, where we involve key decision makers and stakeholders who pioneered and have key role in drafting & manipulating education patterns.

In Process of Our Expansion, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with passion for Challenges and deep inclinations towards Entrepreneurship.
