Job Description Overview

Kathputlee Arts and Films is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the advertising and media industries and a proven track record of driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your industry connections and expertise. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve company goals.

Number of Position opened : 1-2

Salary Structure : 1-2 Lakh Per month

Location : It is Work From Home profile, However , you must be open to travel in order to find the clients and meet them in their respective offices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing network to identify, target, and acquire new clients in the advertising and media production sectors.

- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, leading to repeat business and referrals.

- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage partnerships with other agencies, brands, and key industry stakeholders to drive collaborative business opportunities.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the advertising and media industries.

- Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that align with client objectives and highlight the unique strengths of Kathputlee Arts and Films.

- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through new business, upselling, and cross-selling services to existing clients.

- Brand Positioning: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to position Kathputlee Arts and Films as a leader in the industry, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Knowledge and Experience:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience:


- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising or media production industry.

Industry Knowledge:


- Deep understanding of the advertising and media landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Network:


- A well-established network of contacts within the advertising and media industries is essential.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify business opportunities
