Job Summary:


- The Beauty Trainer & Territory Sales Manager is a dual-role position responsible for both driving sales growth and providing professional beauty training.


- This role involves managing sales within an assigned territory, building strong client relationships, and educating beauty advisors, retailers, and customers on product knowledge and application techniques.


- The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, skilled in training, and have a strong sales-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.


- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.


- Conduct regular market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and industry trends.


- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.


- Organize promotional events, in-store activities, and brand activations to increase product awareness and sales.


- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance business growth.


- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and brand strategies.


- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients, visit stores, and conduct business meetings.


- Conduct training sessions on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty treatments for sales teams, beauty advisors, and salon professionals.


- Develop training materials, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations for product application and sales techniques.


- Train retail and distribution partners on how to effectively position and promote beauty products.


- Experience in sales, beauty training, or a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.


- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty treatments.


- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
