Karvy - Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Legal

- To manage existing vendor network

- To recruit new legal vendors basis the competencies as required for the managing the portfolio

- To file and defend legal cases on defaulting customers with an objective to recover overdues and reduce losses

- To manage timely execution of cases by periodic court attendance as and when required with an objective to safeguard company reputation

- To ensure standardization of payout grids across the country with minimum exceptions with an aim to rationalise the cost

- Developing the capabilities of your team

- Improving their skill

- Ensuring the team is efficient and maintains a work life balance

- Providing weekly trainings to enhance their skill

- To keep the team informed on new developments in Legal domain related to NBFC's, required regulations, etc
