Karvy - Research Analyst

Role:

- Analyzing operating metrics using various financial metrics /financial modelling in excel

- Focus on building a career in developing insightful financial research for both buy-side and sell-side clients.

- Interact with client analysts, dealers and conduct conference calls with company management.

Desired Qualification & Skills:

- MBA/CFA with a consistent academic record

- 2 years of experience in equity research

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to effectively articulate ideas

- Knowledge of valuation methodologies such as DCF and relative valuation

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output

- Awareness of financial databases (Bloomberg/CapIQ) is an advantage
