KRA:
- To manage lifecycle performance of core and attached products in Loan Against Gold & Business Loans segment
- Continuous tracking of the market environment (Gold prices and factors influencing the same) for predictive analysis and updation of product offerings accordingly
- New product development, process setting and managing growth curve for new product introductions in line with overall organisational growth plans
- Continuous analysis and tracking of product policy and branch network ensuring adherence to set policies
- To manage distribution and services of all products in the segment
- To do continuous benchmarking against competition, mystery shopping and customer surveys to evaluate product performance to ensure that product offerings are differentiated, competitive, compelling and customer-centric
- To continuously enhance the skill set, market awareness and keep abreast of all latest developments impacting the portfolio and business goals
- To enhance productivity of resources, yield of products aiming for returns above set norms
- To manage evolution of product with portfolio analytics and suggesting changes
- To introduce creativity and innovation in current offering and expand product suite in adherence to organization's policies and norms to always stand differentiated from competition
- Display strong analytical skills to identify problems and find solutions for the same in limited time frame
- To have problem solving approach aiming at continuous improvement of product performance
Skills:
Experience in Product lifecycle management and new product development, Highly proficient in Excel/Pivot Tables and PowerPoint, Strong analytical skills in conducting sophisticated analysis using bureau/vendor data, customer performance data and portfolio data to solve business problems, Flexibility in approach and thought process, IIM or Tier-1 College (Engineering Background Preferable)
Education: IIM or Tier 1 MBA with 2 Years+ Experience
