Key Responsibilities :
- Involves enough research work on the process to prepare important documents
- Expected to prepare error free RFP and RFQ effectively without any support
- Communicate with all the teams involved in bid process.
- Preparation of all presentation as required for RFP
- Support in facilitating key bid events in terms of presentation, meetings, conference call checkpoints and other adhoc communications
- Act as an SME with regards to RFPs
- Co-ordinate and maintain database of the documents for BD team
- Provide support to Lead for business development
- Develop and track the key milestones in the bid process, including monitoring and tracking the timetable and provide regular progress reports to manager

- MBA specialized in Marketing with 4 + years in Pre-sales.
- Proactive, aggressive and relentless.
- Proven record of success achieving / exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS office tools.
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
