Job Description :

- Ensures targets are met as per given - SLA & TAT

- Monitors workflows and identifies bottlenecks among assigned team

- Creates and updates SOP, Quick Reference Guides, QA Templates, and other training documentation as needed

- Tracking, reviewing team performance every fortnight and provide guidance where ever necessary

- Maintains highest level of Karvy Computer-share established productivity and quality standards and demonstrates adherence to corporate policies

- Helps management in understanding the business status by providing required MI reports timely

- Ensure all complicated escalations are handled properly in a timely manner with error free

- Must meet Karvy Computer-share's established productivity and quality standards

- Should have preferably handled larger teams (at least 60+ including TLs and AMs)
