The incumbent will assist the Head of Quality and be responsible for:
- Maintaining a constant awareness of the QMS and ISMS in the business context amongst employees
- Promoting Quality achievement and performance improvement across the businesses
- Defining processes and procedures in conjunction with business operations vis a vis quality requirements
- Setting up, maintaining and improving controls and documentation
- Collating and analyzing performance data against defined parameters
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Writing / updating Procedures as required
- Conducting, coordinating and Supervising the program of internal auditing
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standard
- Enabling continual improvement of services through initiatives
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs.
- Enabling audits while liaising with:
Managers & department staff for scheduling and conducting Internal audits
External auditors, being responsible for ensuring execution of CA (corrective actions) and ongoing compliance.
- Travel to the branches as required.
- Coordinating with the Certifying agency and third party agencies on all Quality related matters as required
- High proficiency in knowledge of processes and documentation needs for ISO and ISMS requirements, esp., Review CAPA, RCA, RART, SOA, incident Management, etc.
- Trained - Internal Quality Auditor- (Implementation & Auditing - in the areas of Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2008 and ISO-27001:2013 [ISMS]).
- Knowledge of CMMi requirements & Six-Sigma Green Belt - will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- A postgraduate / MBA with 4-8 years of experience in the Quality department preferably in a Financial Services firm
- Good Communication skills required (both written and verbal)
- Good Analytical skills
- Exposure to at least one full cycle implementation
