12+ years of experience in Corporate Sales in Capital Markets/Banking out of which 5+ years should be a team handling role
1. Would be responsible for Corporate Sales in terms of New Client Acquisitions for our Registry and Transfer Agency vertical.
2. Knowledge on Capital markets, IPO Sales, Corporate Sales or any Financial Services Sales with B2B Experience
3. Should be willing to travel extensively.
4. Strong domain understanding of Capital markets, Financial Markets
5. Develop Sales & Business Development strategy to ensure New Business and as well cross the existing product line to the existing Clients.
6. Relationship Management with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Co ordinate with Operations team to ensure Service delivery by way of an interface between Client and Service Delivery Teams.
8. Experience in handling corporate Sales
9. Reviews the bid plan progress and takes corrective actions
10. Ensure Relationship Management with Client, Ensure Regulatory requirements are complied. Responsible for following :
a. Preparing Sales strategy for the vertical
b. Maintain and own P&L
c. Business Development
d. Leverage existing relationship and deep mine for cross selling and offer additional services to the existing clients
e. Manage Dash board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it
11. Team Management - Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition Management
