Lately, KDMSL has acquired Telecom and Banking Voice Business from Mphasis with BPO facility in Vadodara, Bhubaneswar, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Purpose of role :
The person will be like a COO s responsible for complete BPO Business. He will predominately be a Business development and sales profile who is a generalist and can drive and run all lour Contact centre (BPO) effectively and profitably wile overseeing all aspects of the business, existing relationship and new business development along existing and new business domains as his main focus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scaling up existing business by leveraging current capability and client relationship.
- Identifying New business opportunities in existing and new verticals
- Performance monitoring, focus to maximize revenues.
- Operational reviews and creating sustainable revenue model
- Lead a core team of Delivery heads, center managers and sales and PreSales professionals for strategic sales in the domestic market
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Experience in strategic sales in B to B business and preferably a BPO
- Client interfacing & relationship building skills, Analytical skills, Pleasing Personality, Critical judgment abilities, Leadership & team work.
- 15+ years in Business Development out of which at least 5 years should be at a senior position in a large BPO
- Good understanding and relationship in Telecom or BFSI can be critical

- BE/MBA in Marketing
