- Drive the sales team to promote mutual funds, insurance, FDs, bonds, IPOs, online accounts and other products that are available from time to time and ensure that the set targets are achieved.
- Accountable for the P&L and ensure that the is profitable as per the revenue targets set.
- Review the performance of every region/executive on a monthly basis and ensure that the revenue target is achieved.
- Recruit new sub-brokers and expand the sub-broker channel.
- Push all financial products through sub-broker channel and to enhance our market share as well as the revenue.
- Fix-up annual targets - region-wise/branch-wise/executive-wise/product-wise.
- Recruit and train the sales team.
