Purpose of the role:
- To ensure & maintain core service delivery & sales support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and Clients from various regions. Ensure best in class client services, error-free and timely rendering of customized support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage proactively with RMs and be their single point of contact for all service-related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries & requirements raised by clients and RM's.
- Coordinate with other teams & outfits for critical & complex requirements & escalations.
- Be hands-on and provide best in class service to clients.
- Ensure timely revert to clients & respective RMs towards pending documentations/KYC.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge in handling client servicing in a broking/Demat/Financial Services setup
- Time management, work organization, and diligent follow-ups
- Attention to detail and a focus on work accuracy
- Clearly able to communicate in verbal and written format.
