Purpose of role :

To handle a team and increase productivity by developing business in the particular cluster for Stock brooking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Business development of Hyderabad cluster.

- Responsible for developing and increasing revenue in Retail Broking equity.

- Identifying prospective RM, Dealers, generating business from the existing & new clients thereby achieving business targets.

- Responsible for handling a team.

- Corporate Deals making corporate pitches and opening doors to get clients in large numbers.

- Setting up activities and monitoring activities of each team.

- Meeting Top 50% Revenue Clients to understand the client profile and be in regular touch with him which will be instrumental in scaling up the business.

- Driving team to CMR activity.

Qualification, Experience & Desired Skills :

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 6 - 12 years of experience.

- Experience from banking industry is preferable.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should be a go getter.
