- Will be responsible for developing national sales strategy along with the Founder to blanket the industry and set new benchmarks for the business.
- Responsible for achieving all sales linked SAAS metric- New MRR added, ARPU, Profitability, Cost of acquisition, Number of units, Churn of customers etc.
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Setting up the overall sales collateral with the marketing team.
- Working with marketing team and sharing accurate feedback.
- Develop and maintain high quality Sales pitch based on the product and customer segmentation.
- Manage a solid inside sales, lead generation and enterprise sales teams that exceeds sales goals.
- Individually contribute to acquire strategically important clients.
- Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to achieve their goals.
- Publishing weekly/monthly reports on sales metrics, opportunities and threats.
- Responsible for up-gradation and improvements in the existing sales team.
- Schedule and lead team sales meetings, manage performances, develop strategies to retain best talent.
- Develop new regions and build sales teams to meet the sales targets.
- Play essential role in building the incentive policy and discount policy of the company.
- Focus on acquiring the right type of customers.
- Take up some offline marketing task like being part of events, organizing or sponsoring events.
- Understanding of sales cycle - Identifying potential targets, generating the sales funnel, monitoring progress, and eventual closure.
- Ensuring quality of communication and pitch is maintained across all the sales teams.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Problem solving skills - Ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action, engage relevant prospect/customer teams to design solutions.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured
- Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Will be responsible for product pricing strategy, customer segmentation and critical feedback to product, marketing and business
Skills and Qualification :
Experience Required : 10-15 years
- Historically been an individual contributor in achieving sale.
- Understanding of the Indian SME and Enterprise space.
- Must have experience with SaaS/Technology oriented solutions or platforms.
- Understanding of the Indian retail landscape and tech consulting background will be preferred.
