We are looking for a dynamic individual to work with Digital Marketing team on scaling the paid efforts of the company. Work at this position would include:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES :

- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO.

- Collaborate with content marketing to create high-quality content optimized for search engines.

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

- Develop and implement link building strategy.

- Manage webmaster accounts, notifications and implement best practices.

- Conduct competition analysis, prepare reports on findings and share the results with internal stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

- Create technology automation solutions that help grow traffic at scale across millions of keywords.

As an Organic Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for performance marketing campaigns on search engines. If you are ROI driven & live-and-breathe on Google's SERP, you are perfect for the role.

You will help create & execute strategy for scaling traffic & increasing customer acquisitions through Google, Bing, etc. You should have in-depth knowledge of search engines and be a hands-on marketer having handled SEO accounts before. Along with running the accounts you will also contribute to our overall growth strategy nationally as well as at a city level marketing strategy.

Additionally if you have excellent reasoning and data analysis skills then you would be a person of interest. Having a good grasp of English and an understanding of how App Store Optimization works would be a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- You must have hands on experience in managing SEO for an ecommerce website across multiple languages, geographies and a large keyword set.

- You communicate strongly and are clearly able to identify key metrics and parameters to judge the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns

- You have an excellent understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics) and are comfortable jumping into an analytics account to set up traffic source reports or funnels.

- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithms updates.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints.

- You are an Idea Storehouse and continuously devour information on the internet about the next big online marketing game changer.

Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
