Karma Healthcare - Manager - Human Resource

- Manager - Human Resources will work closely with the senior management of the organization.

- He/She will be responsible for managing the human resources of the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

- Recruitment and hiring

- Organizing and coordinating training/ induction process

- Designing, developing and implementing effective HR management systems

Job Responsibilities :

- Recruiting, testing, and interviewing candidates for various position in the organization

- Enabling the organization in scaling rapidly by infusing appropriate talent

- Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and induction training programs.

- Assist and coordinate with senior managers of other departments in preparing, finalizing training modules, session plans, coordinate training of newly recruited technical, paramedical and field level staff.

- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Conducting investigations; maintains records; represents organization at hearings

- Maintaining human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

- Contributing towards team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications :

An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

Essential :

- Post graduate degree in Management with specialization in HR or Personnel Management

- Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR

- Excellent verbal proficiency in English and Hindi

- Working familiarity with Google and Microsoft applications.
