Karma Healthcare is an initiative to improve access and efficiency of primary healthcare services in rural Rajasthan using technology. This initiative aims to provide affordable, equitable and reliable primary integrated healthcare services to the under-served populations in rural Rajasthan.

We invite applications from competent professionals who have recently completed Short Service Commission from Indian Army. Ex India Army - Indian Navy - Indian Air force personnel from Rajasthan and Udaipur shall be preferred.

Role : Chief Manager People Capability

- Enable the organisation in scaling rapidly by infusing appropriate talent

- Create a culture that fosters performance driven individual & organizational growth

- Build people capability through targeted initiatives

- Deal with non regular urgent & important crisis on behalf of the organisation

- Build human resource capability by introducing systems and processes

- Play the role of a coach for the rest of the leadership team

Education: Graduation in any stream. MBA is non essential.
