Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our petrol pumps. The role requires comprehensive management of supply chain processes, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, facilities are up to standard, and all licenses are in place. The Retail Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing sales, overseeing cluster managers, and handling vendor relationships to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Petrol Pump Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple petrol pump stations.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain Management:

- Manage the supply chain to ensure continuous availability of fuel and other products.

- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels at all times.

- Implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

License and Facility Management:

- Ensure that all petrol pump stations have the necessary licenses and permits.

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of petrol pump facilities, ensuring they meet regulatory and safety standards.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Stock Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all petrol pump stations.

- Implement effective stock management practices to minimize shrinkage and wastage.

- Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.

Sales Management:

- Drive sales performance across all petrol pump locations.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Cluster Manager Oversight:

- Manage and support cluster managers to ensure consistent operations across all locations.

- Set performance targets for cluster managers and provide guidance to achieve them.

- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of cluster managers' performance.

Vendor Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure the best possible pricing and service.

- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve business objectives.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or fuel industry.

- Proven experience in managing multi-location operations and teams.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in supply chain management and inventory control.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to petrol pump operations.

Compensation:

- Fix Component $2500/month in INR its 24.6LPA (Post Tax)

- Monthly Expenses $300/month in INR its 2.95LPA

- Accommodation worth $500/month

- Additionally a car along with a driver $200/month
