Position Overview:
- As the Director of Solutioning as at Kapture CX, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by leading a high-performing team.
- You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that effectively demonstrate the value of our SaaS CRM solutions to potential clients.
- Your deep industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and leadership skills will be crucial in securing new business and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical and sales skills of the team.
Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define solutioning strategies and align them with overall business goals.
- Drive the development and delivery of compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value of Kapture CX's solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with key prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how Kapture CX's solutions can address their needs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decision-making and drive successful sales outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management to provide feedback on product features, functionality, and market requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning materials.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of solutioning activities and initiatives.
- Continuously refine and optimize solutioning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in solutioning or sales engineering within the SaaS or CRM industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS CRM solutions and their application in various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
