Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
- As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's expansion and success.
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Job Postings: Create and manage compelling job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend competitive job offers, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with various online and offline sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with social media recruiting.
