Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kapiva in Bengaluru.

- The role will involve tasks related to partnering with business leaders to build strong teams and drive people practices around performance management, growth, rewards & recognition, culture etc.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 3-9 years core business partnering experience.

- Ability to handle complex HR issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
