Job Description
1) Deliver AOP - Secondary, collection, primary and other KRAs
2) Manage a team of 1-2 ASMs and 8-10 Sales Officers
3) Train the team on improving productivity and business - should be on field for at least 15-18 days every month
4) Drive NPDs
5) Drive incentives
6) Plan for a quarter to 6 months and not just a month - should be able to look at slightly long term
7) Work on data and review the team regularly
8) Expand distribution in Rest of North
