About Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - Quality to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, developing and implementing quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Handling Multiple Units and Multiple Products.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., BSc, B Pharma, M Pharma or Equivalent).
- Minimum 8-9 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry (Ayurvedic).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, QMS) .
