Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (hybrid).
Timings: US Timings (4OM-1AM).
Reporting to: CMO (Based out of US).
Position Summary:
- This role will be responsible for driving our customer acquisition strategy and execution in the US.
- This role requires a deep understanding of digital and performance marketing, with a proven track record in scaling D2C ecommerce brands.
- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a strong background in market penetration, customer acquisition, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Acquisition Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive growth in the US market.
- Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing efforts across various channels including Meta (Facebook and Instagram),YT, Google, Amazon, PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize acquisition efforts.
- Customer Segmentation: Utilize advanced data analytics to segment customers and personalize marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and customer service to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a focus on D2C e-commerce brands.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US, with experience in tailoring acquisition strategies to regional nuances.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to a diverse audience.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions to complex problems.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
