Job Description :

- The incumbent should be from the ecosystem of contract manufacturers with key parameters in quality and supply.

- Significant travel is expected, to the tune of an entire week in a month. Although the company is currently working from home as office is being set-up.

- The ideal person should have had a past experience on working in a small organization thereby having an exposure to both company owned and contract manufacturing and also towards setting up systems from scratch which is a rare experience in itself.

- Should have worked with both big and small with over 15 years of work experience from tier 2/3 engineering college. Since this role comprises of facing externals, the incumbent is expected to be older and have a matured personality and must be flexible when dealing with vendors with strong negotiation skills.

- This is a new role wherein the candidate is expected to manage the entire aspect for vendor portfolio. Areas which candidate is expected to monitor: customer satisfaction and raw material procurement by vendors.

- The contract manufacturers are a total of 15-20 which are spread across in UP, Rajasthan, Kolkata and Maharashtra.
