Kapiva - Financial Controller - CA

About role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Assistant Finance Controller.

The successful candidate will support the Financial Controller in various functions, including book closure, financial reporting, and statutory audit processes.

Experience : 3-5 years CA with Controllership experience in below areas.

Location : Bangalore, WFO.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual book close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial documentation.

- Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors (Big4 firms) to facilitate the statutory audit process.

- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls (IFC).

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business decisions.

- Handling payroll, related compliances and inventory accounting.

- Participate in the development and improvement of financial policies and procedures.

- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory submissions.
