Role Overview:
- As the Design Lead, you will spearhead the creative team and oversee all aspects of visual storytelling, brand identity, and UI design.
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure that our brand's visual identity is consistently communicated across digital, packaging, and video assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10-12 designers, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Define, refine, and implement brand guidelines based on our brand story, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity.
- Ensure that all creative assets-website, digital marketing, social media, packaging, and videos-are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee and collaborate on UI/UX design for the website to enhance brand storytelling and user experience.
- Develop brand guidelines for videos and packaging, ensuring consistency in motion graphics, animations, and physical product design.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, preferably in a D2C, healthcare, or consumer brand environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, UI/UX, and packaging design.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Experience leading and managing a team, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
