About the job About the role: Position Overview: - As an Assistant Manager/Manager for Affiliate and Partnerships, you will play a key role in expanding our brand's reach through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing programs. - This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and managing relationships with external partners. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of our D2C business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Development: - Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with the brand's values and objectives. - Develop partnership proposals and presentations. - Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights for optimization. Affiliate Marketing: - Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and managing relationships with existing affiliates. - Create and distribute promotional materials to affiliates to support their marketing efforts. - Track and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns to increase sales and ROI. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the affiliate program remains competitive. Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and affiliates. - Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration. - Coordinate and facilitate communication channels to ensure partners and affiliates receive necessary assets and support. Reporting and Analysis: - Compile and analyze data related to partnership and affiliate marketing efforts. - Generate regular reports on the performance of partnership and affiliate programs. - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Administrative Support: - Assist in the development of contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to partnership and affiliate onboarding. - Maintain organized records of partnership and affiliate communications and agreements. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms. - Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
