About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Business Consultant to join our team and introduce Kapable's transformative training programs to working professionals across various industries.

You'll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively converting them into satisfied clients.

Responsibilities:

- Leverage diverse lead generation strategies to reach new and existing customers.

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and pain points.

- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Kapable's programs, enabling informed decision-making.

- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with our expert counseling team.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain meticulous records of opportunities and leads within the CRM system.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in account management or sales within the education or training sector (preferred).

- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Possesses exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage with executive-level professionals.

- Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to independently drive results.

- In-depth understanding of Kapable's programs and their benefits.

- Ability to empathize with client needs and identify their unique challenges.

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, In-office

Working Days & Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
