Job Title - Associate Vice President/ Vice President.

Unit Overview:

Role Overview:

Commercial:

- Identify and develop new opportunities and clients.

- Pre-dispose clients to Kantar's offerings.

- Be a trusted advisor to clients.

- Demonstrate strong commercial discipline.

Research:

- Demonstrate thought leadership for Kantar.

- Ensure timely delivery of high quality insights and recommendations.

- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of information and ability to draw accurate.

- Ability to demonstrate category /vertical understanding and make relevant recommendations to the client.

People management:

- Build a high performing team of researchers.

- Mentor and guide team members.

- Help team members grow in the organization.

Role Requirements & Capabilities.

- At least 14-15 years' experience in market research.

- Experience in working with clients in Enterprise technology or digital technology preferred.

- Should have a strong client focus and proactiveness.

- Good grasping skills, good project management skills.

- Good presentation and facilitation skills.

- Lead a team of Researchers to service clients.

- Motivate and guide support functions like field /analysis.
