Role title: Associate Research Manager Analytics / Research Manager Analytics

Reports to (name and title): Account Manager/ Director Analytics
Location: Kantar IMRB IR, Kolkata
Purpose of the role: Deliver quantitative modelling and analytics for various research methodology and insights work stream for International Research.
Role deliverables :
- You will run quantitative modelling and advanced analytics as per standard operating protocols & for other non- standardised research/insights work
- Knowledge of advanced modelling techniques relating to FMCG Pricing volume forecasting and conjoint type of work
- You will follow the process documentation to ensure ISO compliance
- You will work with the research client servicing team to ensure high quality of deliverables
Scope of the role :
- Part of the Quantitative Modelling & Analytics Team
- Reports to Account Director Modelling & Analytics
- Works with research client servicing teams
Knowledge and skills required:
o M Sc (Statistics, Maths, Physics or Economics)
- 2-3 years of experience in data modelling & analytics with hands-on experience in tools like SPSS, SAS, Saw-tooth, R
- Excellent command on MS-excel will be preferred
- Mathematically strong/ Strong on Data Interpretation
- Understanding of Marketing concepts & Application
- Good Verbal Reasoning Skills
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate a flexible approach to work with attention to detail
